I'll help you get the
book cover of your dreams

Your book deserves a cover that makes readers want to pick it up. I'll work with you to develop a cover concept that fits your story, genre, and audience, then bring that vision to life.

If your project calls for photography, illustration, or another specialized talent, I'll find and coordinate the right person for the job. I'll work within your budget, and you pay outside artists exactly what they charge—I never add a markup.

Whether your cover needs an original illustration, a striking photograph, custom typography, or something completely unique, I'll make sure every element works together to create a professional cover you'll be proud to put your name on.

Have your own design?
No problem!

Author Taylor Lorene came to me with more than just a beautiful novel—she drew her own illustration.

From there, it was a simple matter to add the text. And I tweaked her illustration every so slightly to move the house on the right-hand side closer to the middle so it wouldn't be cut off. That house plays an important role in Taylor's lyrical small-town romance, and I didn't want to lose it.

Case Studies

Want full-color, hand-drawn illustrations, inside and out?

Author Diane Bacchus brought me a powerful and timeless children's book about acceptance and self-worth. My goal: Find an illustrator who could bring this lovely story to life. I searched high and low, sending Diane several artists until we finally found the incredibly talented Alexandra Elliot. Alexandra has worked with traditional publishers, so I knew she could deliver the goods. And boy, did she ever.

Design to fit any budget

Author Stuart Sanders was my first client. I knew his first book, Becoming Soccer Girl was too good to stay on his computer. So I decided to help him publish it, and thus Pants Press was born. Part of my mission: Find someone who could draw full-color cover illustrations as well as ten B&W illustrations on the inside. We found the perfect artist on Fiverr, of all places. Stuart was so happy with her illustrations, we hired her for books two and three.

A design for every format

Of course, I'm not just the owner of Pants Press, I'm also a client. I wanted the sequel to my popular novel, The Dragon Squisher, to have an iconic and simple design, but I didn't have much money to work with. No problem, I found the perfect artist online. I got a design that looked great for eBook, paperback, hardcover, and audiobook, and I didn't have to break the bank to get it, either.
