I started Pants Press because I knew there had to be a better way.

Traditional publishing can take years and offers no guarantees. Many self-publishing companies charge a fortune, make big promises, and treat authors like just another number.

When I published my own books, I learned the process inside and out. Soon, other authors began asking me to help them publish theirs, too. That's how Pants Press was born.

Publishing Services

I will format your book for both eBook and print, making sure the interior is clean, professional, readable, and properly prepared for publication across all the formats you choose.

Editing

My job is to take your manuscript and turn it into a professional, polished book—and then get it into the hands of readers through major retailers worldwide, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Walmart.

Here’s how I do it:

Interior Layout

Cover Design

Every book published with Pants Press gets a free Developmental Edit, where we ask: Is your book working? If not, how can we fix it?
But if you want additional editing, we offer three editorial passes for one price: Line Editing, Copy Editing,
and Proofreading, all for
just 1.5¢ per word.

I’ll work with you to develop a cover concept that fits your book and then bring that vision to life. If the project requires photography or illustration, or other specialized talent, I’ll work within your budget to find and coordinate the right people for the job. You pay subcontractors exactly what they charge.
I never add a markup.

Back-Cover Copy

I’ll write compelling back-cover copy that captures what makes your book special and gives potential readers a reason to pick it up.

Amazon Product Description

I’ll write a product description designed to grab readers’ attention while incorporating relevant keywords to help your book get discovered on Amazon.

Amazon Keywords & Categories

I’ll research your book and its competition to select relevant keywords and categories that give it the best possible chance of reaching the right readers.

Pricing Strategy

Publishing & Distribution

I’ll look at your book’s format, length, genre, and comparable titles to help you choose a price that makes sense for both your readers and your goals.

I’ll set up your publishing accounts and upload your book to the appropriate distributors, including Amazon KDP and IngramSpark. The accounts are yours, so you retain complete ownership and control. I simply handle the setup and the technical work for you.

ISBNs

I’ll provide and register an ISBN for each format of your book, so your eBook, paperback, hardcover, and other editions can each have their own unique ISBN.
